0 credits granted - though all in time, all ok. Linux Client Bug

Could someone please fill me in? Why do I get 0 credits though my machines got the results back in time?

I started noticing this since using the latest Linux client. Not only do I now claim little on average as 45 credits (because the client does way more than the benchmarks reflect), but also every other result or so now receives ZERO credits.

It is not down to one machine, but by now on every machine that runs the latest Linux client. So I say there is a big fat bug! Get it sorted, please.

By the look of your Fstats Checksums in your Results the checksums differ from the other crunchers for the same WU.(usually WinXP:s)
Some are close(gets valid) and the zero granted ones are made invalid because they differ too much I guess.

Try this:
echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/randomize_va_space

There is a problem in 2.6.11 with SMP machines under heavy load. I had one zero-result until I got this tip.

Cheers, pal. I'll give it a shot. Must get back up to speed cos 0 credits also means 0 credits for my team. ;-)

Also will watch those checksums. I still wonder why it all started to get pear-shaped after having installed this latest Linux client though.

Cheers
