My hobbies are astronomy, the share market, candlestick trading (that's a stock market term ;) and spending time with my family. I own a 10" Dobsonian telescope and love reading about the universe in general. I have particular interest in neutron stars and find them fascinating. My interest in the universe is why I crunch for Einstein@Home as well as other star related projects.
As stated above, I run E@H due to my love and fascination with our universe. It disappoints me that one day I will die and never know the answers to so many questions or see mankind achieve great things in relation to space travel. (If we don't destroy ourselves first)
I would love to crunch more but the biggest threat to me at the moment is...... electricity prices! lol. They just keep climbing higher and higher unlike my wage.
One other note, My uncle in law was one of the first E@H users who's computer discovered 4 new gamma-ray pulsars in data from the Large Area Telescope on board NASA's Fermi Satellite.

I've been crunching hard to add my name to that list, whilst trying to juggle the ever persistent issue of ...not enough cores! lol :D
I'm really happy to be a part of the best BOINC team....Team Australia! Great people and dedicated to the team :)
