This is mainly a maintenance release that puts all app platforms to a common codebase. This includes some improvements for the following platforms:
- Windows 64Bit: actually this is the first 64Bit release for Windows. It should make use of AVX where available.
- Apple ARM64: the app was build from a proper code release, not from a couple of ad-hoc hacks. This release also includes a graphics app (Intel code, requiring Rosetta2)
- All others: updated FFTW library
These new apps are 64Bit only, we may drop support for 32Bit apps in FGRP. We may re-enable support for 32Bit platforms in BRP4.
All of these will be in "Beta test" for a week or so, to catch unexpected problems.

There was a problem in that set of app versions, so we deprecated it, and stick to the 32Bit versions for now. We'll get back to this, though.
