Right now the render quality in my Preference is set to low and won't update to "medium or high". And every time I hit update it keeps showing "low" settings
I've never changed this setting. I've always left it at the default 'low' for fear of taking away CPU cycles from crunching. I just tried it out thinking that you were saying you couldn't change the selection indicator to one of the other two positions (medium or high). There's no problem selecting a different option but after clicking 'update' the setting still shows as low.
There has been a big update of the server software not too long ago so this is perhaps a bug introduced with that change. I don't know if the setting has actually changed and the display of 'low' is now wrong or if the setting change is being countermanded in some fashion so that it really is still 'low'.
One of the Admins will have to look into this in due course.
