I've been off line for quite a while because of
computer problems. Finally got hooked up withe E@H
again but this time with Windows 7 (Previously I was
running under Win. XP). Now, when the Boinc Mgr. is
displayed and the "Tasks" tab is clicked it shows all
or running tasks with a list of "Commands" at the
left. When running XP there was a always a button for
"User Results" and once it appeared under Win 7 but
then it went away and I have not been able to find it
again. How do I get it to show up on the Boinc
Manager screen?

How do I get user results on Bonic Manager?

Click "Tasks" and then click one of the tasks listed that are in progress. When one of the tasks is highlighted, a new column will appear on the left..showing "my account", results, etc.

When you Click "Projects" the Commands column shows up.

I am new and dumb on top of that. Hope this helps.

Task tab. Select any of the

Task tab.
Select any of the Einstein task you have in cache.
The Projects command menu opens.
Click on Your results.

Works in all versions of BOINC 7.

Jord, would you believe that

Jord, would you believe that I have never been to the "Boinc Manager" site that you show below?

I always use Grid Republic Desktop, Advanced View, and the name of the page is "GridRepublic Desktop (local host)"

From there on, it looks idential to the one you show below, and works the same way, highlight one of the tasks in the advanced view, and you get the list on the left.

Do I have a page called "Boinc Manager" and how do I get there?

That's not a page, that's a screen shot I took from my BOINC Manager, and cropped in Paint. A picture speaks a thousand words.

So you will have to use the GridRepublic manager for that (which is a BOINC Manager, but with the GR name and skin stuck onto it).

Probably not. It sounds as

Probably not.

It sounds as if 'GridRepublic Desktop' is effectively the same program as BOINC Manager, just wearing a different suit of clothes.

There are a number of large organisations out there, promoting distributed computing in their various ways. Grid Republic is simply a 'branding' placed over the top of BOINC - others are 'progress thru processors', 'charity engine', and 'world community grid'. Although they may look and feel a little different, and there may be minor functional changes, they are all the same under the skin and are built from a common code base.

You only need one of them to manage all BOINC-style projects - any will do.

Grid Republic is not just simply a re-branded BOINC Manager, though. It is primarily a BOINC Account Manager, that after choosing what you want to run and how you want to run it, allows you to download a BOINC client and manager with all the options you chose to run with 'pre-installed'.
