WU error 700

I get quite frequent errors in my WUs with messages like "Error during CUDA device->host time series length transfer (error: 700)" or "Error during CUDA host->device HS thresholds data transfer (error: 700)". This is with linux kernel 3.7.10 (openSUSE 12.3) and BOINC 7.0.65 on an nVidia GTX 550 Ti. The driver is nvidia-computeG03-319.17. But I already had these problems under openSUSE 12.2, so the linux distro doesn't seem to be a factor. The oldest failed WU I can find is from 5 May. Is anybody else seeing this?
