What´s a Weird Error Rate ?

Hallo !
On the homepage entitled "Arecibo Binary Pulsar Search Progress Page" : http://atlas1.atlas.aei.uni-hannover.de/~benk/ABP_rateplots is a graph entitled "Daily Weird Error Rate". This seems to me no scientific term ? Correct?
