My wife wants me to make muffins for her, if she gets up and goes to the store with me today I might as a reward. She had a heart valve replaced a few weeks ago and mostly just sits in a recliner all day every day, when she does walk she does fine but she says she's always tired. She had surgery for something else 2 years ago and KNOWS that to get energy you have to move, but she doesn't respond to cajoling at all!!
Meanwhile I moved a 4 X 8 3 foot pile of dirt yesterday and now my back hurts!! It's been a long lazy Winter for me and a few pills is keeping it to a dull roar, in a few days it will be fine again. The pile of dirt came from the propane folks putting in a smaller tank than the one I ordered and them now replacing it with a bigger one in my yard that is now full of grass instead of new construction dirt, bigger tank means extra dirt that now won't go back in the hole. I have an area of mulch all the way around my home so I pulled back some mulch, spread the dirt around and then put the mulch back again. All this was found because I'm getting a propane powered generator 'just in case' because I live in the 'hurricane zone' along the East Coast of the US and they have LOTS of overhead power lines leading to my neighborhood. The utilities are underground inside my community but above ground ones once you get out of it. 2 years ago a storm came thru and took down a major power line that took 20 hours to replace. The tank I originally ordered was 250 gallons, the one they put in was only 120 gallons, a generator uses around 4 gallons per hour meaning the 120 gallon tank would only last about 1 day, the new 250 gallon tanks will last about 3 days. I use propane for my gas fireplace and my water heater too, but the stove is electric, in a power outage I will have to be careful to not take extra long showers. I got a generator big enough to run the whole house, but will probably keep the pc's off because the internet will most likely be off anyway. They did not charge me to replace the tank with the originally specified size, I talked to them and they said it was their mistake and they would fix it, and they did!
Kavanagh it was 77F yesterday here at the Beach, a little bit of a breeze to keep it from being too hot but not enough to blow you away.
