'Technical News' header

Would it be possible to have this added to the home page (or wherever) so the 'techies' could follow upgrades, outages etc. with some formal link.(a BLOG even...?) David Hammer does communicate this info on an random basis when he can, (it is always interesting!) but it it would be nice to have a specific location to find it. It might save some misunderstandings re. upgrades and planned outages etc. ie communication.....thanks, Rog.
