Due to the rather late build of the Solaris App what I wrote about the other Beta Test Apps dosn't apply here - this Solaris App is indeed cpable of processing both types of WUs and came with an app_info.xml that will also allow for getting both types. So in principle you don't need to change anything. You should, however, remove the app_info.xml at some point if you wnat to gat back to the automatic update track again.
Is the beta app suppose to claim version 408 for the client app on the S5 workunits? I seem to be seeing this in the information of the workunits my Sunblade processes.
The S5 client's versioning is different than the s4 ones. It appears that they started at 4.00 and gave each platform a sequential number as it was built.

It is. It's the same binary as the official 4.08 App.
Not quite the same, enough peripheral details were changed that akos's s4 apps aren't usable and he's having to restart from scratch to optimize again.

I compared new downloads in a temp directory and both seemed to be same as cmp didn't return anything. I had already completed the process of going back to the stock client on Solaris.
BM, thanks for all the work on the Solaris client.
