It's because I'm running 32bit OS with 64bit Kernal.
Swapping to Full 64bit Beta OS will likely resolve the problem.

Best approach with Pi4 is install beta Rpi OS 64 bit and then install the aarch64 optimized app. See https://einsteinathome.org/content/high-speed-linux-brp-app-odroid-c2 for details about the app. The optimized app on the Pi4 does tasks in about 3 hours.
