I have two computers in E@H.
One o them is AMD Opteron 146 with FreeBSD 6.0
The second one is iP4 2.8GHz.
I'am a little confused fo this thing.
On the first one a WU takes approx 3110 seconds to complete on the second about 51000 seconds. Are the WU so different or is a performace issue? It is not possible that the opteron is 16 times faster. Or is?

Most likely the Opteron is doing short WUs and the P4 is doing long WUs.
The long ones are roughly 10x longer than the short ones.
I'll dig up the post from Bruce Allen about this. Give me a few minutes.

Oh my god... you gave my workstation short WUs. It's going to be up- and downloading all the time... but at least it's WUs ;-) glad to be crunching again.
