The way that project preferences work is the very last project you modify your project preferences is globally pushed to ALL attached projects. The last project you changed your preferences was at WCG and that is what the client is showing in Options >> Project Preferences.
Just change your project preferences at Einstein here and update all your projects in the client and the Einstein preferences will be propagated to all your other attached projects.
