May be stupid idea, but interesting for me...
Today, if I understand right, BOINC client sent request to server for getting work. And sometimes we have a errors and phantom WU's.
But if the client will not request work, but simply synchronize the list of tasks, that server already create for host? (Create without waiting connection of host). In this case if I have phantom WU's I can simple synchronize the project!
