New GW Apps S6LV1 1.13

Shortly after releasing App version 1.12 we discovered an inconsistency between the workunit generator and the application regarding the data files necessary to process certain workunits. This lead to certain workunits not being able to be processed correctly with the previous application versions (like 121201648, 121201650, 121278974 etc.).

This was fixed in the application code, resulting in the new application versions 1.13. These should now be able to process all WUs without error.
