New GPU app release: BRP4 v1.31/v1.32

We just released a new set of BRP4 GPU applications, v1.31/v1.32. There are no changes in requirements.

New features and improvements:
* native Linux x86_64 apps for NVIDIA and AMD/ATI GPUs
* improved overall system stability when running our GPU tasks
