I honestly haven’t done much tweaking. It’s water cooled so the temps stay low, which keeps boost clocks in high bins. I’ve applied a 50MHz core OC, and 1500MHz memory overclock (Gamma Ray sees the most benefit from memory OC). Then a 300W power limit to keep things efficient.

My other CPU is a Ryzen 3950x

Yes, TinkerBell is my 4 core laptop, but it is an HP, not a Chromebook.
TinkerBell runs U@H only, and it does it at a blindly fast pace of ~16K to ~18K average credits per day.
The other two computers are my desktops, and for comparison, they run a combined paltry average of ~1.3M to ~1.4M credits per day.
Now do you see why I call it TinkerBell?
