This appears to be a BOINC client, not one for the Einstein application, which means I think that all it does is atificially inflate the credits claimed. This was developed for use with the Seti optimised application.
Many people regard using this BOINC client optimisation in other projects as cheating.

Actually most view this as simply putting linux on a level playing field. Funny, now that Windoze doesn't have a monopoly on maximizing point production the accusations are understandable ... and predictable.

Do you use the optimised Boinc client for your windows machines also? They seem to be claiming high as well.

You might want to ask that question again on the BOINC@Australia team boards, we have a few people who are well tuned in on that stuff.
