Bulbogee is pork. You sit on the floor around a table and stick it on a grill. You wrap it in lettuce leaves and eat it with a spicy sauce.
I'd think of another animal with Bul before the name, but ok. Weird Koreans.
Have they never heard of sitting on a couch with a plate of food on your lap, watching the TV? Much more entertainment. :)
Besides, you think it's strange you get a cold all the time, sitting on the floor...
NO no Danielson the floors are heated.....
And they give you little pillows to sit on :)
Personally I happen to like sitting in a chair at a table. I have lower back issues so I dread going out for our little work get togethers. When I get home I have a standing appointment with a muscle relaxer and a hot shower.
Let's just put it this way... when we had our inservice day, we went to a restaurant where they served black goat. The final course was soup. It tasted really good. When they told me it was made from the brain and spinal cord I just about puked. I'm hoping that goat didn't have a prion disease...
