for the results. There are many more WUs required to finish this.
I specifically mentioned the BRP4G gpu tasks, NOT the BRP4 cpu tasks. The only way to get any BRP4 gpu tasks is to have an Intel igpu to get the 1.34 (BRP4-opencl-intel_gpu-nd) application. No such luck for AMD or Nvidia cards.
The server status page shows that neither BRP4 nor BRP4G / BRP4G e1 work generators are running, therefore creating no WU.
As Keith tried to point out, BRP4G was a search using discrete GPUs that finished nearly a decade ago.
BRP4 is a totally different search - much smaller tasks designed to run on the CPUs of mobile devices like phones, tablets, SBCs (eg Raspberry Pi, etc). They are not GPU tasks and so aren't available for discrete GPUs.
It is quite normal to see a snapshot which shows many or all current work unit generators listed as "not running". They run intermittently only when required to replenish the stock of available work. Most of the time they will be sitting idle, waiting for the call.
So yes, for the benefit of people wanting to crunch with mobile devices, the project does provide some tasks for a special purpose run still using the BRP4 name, since the data is old Arecibo data - like that used for BRP4G.
