Host merging

Today in my profile two hosts exists: 43575 and 994322. Second host was created by project server when I restore 43575 from backup after light computer hardware failure, following hardware upgrade (from Athlon XP+ to E6550) and reinstalling OS.

I cannot merge any of this hosts to another. (Different hardware). If it is not difficult, can "project owners" merge my new host 994322 into my first host 43575? (I like this hostID :) ).
