Hallo!
This effect, well known from electromagnetic waves etc., now became calculated for gravitational waves.
So an GW event happened behind the center of the Andromeda Galaxy, may be detected beside this, due to spacetime curvature, as we know from Einstein lenses. So, this is another effect to be taken into account, for evaluation of GW measurements. How often may this be relevant?
Kind regards and happy crunching
Martin
