Yup, that's true. There is a good example: The german word for "Digicam" is "ziffriges Zimmer".
Whoever/whatever keeps filtering my writs is abuse.
Voltaire, you don't know anything about English. And I said much. Saenger, I've glanced at plenty of German and still know that it's not as much as English. Is there an older word for Fenster? I could draw unoutsider (nonforeign) English words if I go at (try) hard.
Verleihnixx, I said talk, not speak. I corrected you too.
Tom, Google has only 138 ziffriges. That's amazing. I wonder what it means.

To let you not die ignorant: You`re only mucked; I can´t quite figure out why;)
But if you really want to know, and stop correcting posts in future, I´ll tell you: ziffrig comes from Cipher (am.), it means the amount of digits. It´s a funny wordplay for those, who understand German.
And now, stop to be a pain in the neck.

Abuse? How do you figure? Can you really not see that people are getting tired of your asinine corrections? I think many consider what you are doing is abuse. Hence the negative ratings.
Think about it... Each user can only rate a post once. Most of your posts are getting 25-30 negative ratings. That's not a whoever/whatever. That sounds like a general consensus. 25-30 people found your post abusive/unnecessary.
If you are wise, you might want to rethink your posting strategy before complaining about abuse. Even if you honestly think you are helping people by making spelling/grammar corrections, you should plainly be able to see that others are not seeing it that way.
The simple fact that your screen name is what it is, leads me to believe that you are not sincere in your wish to help. It looks like you made a concious decision that your purpose here is to belittle, irritate, and otherwise try to prove your superiority over other forum readers.
Heffed, I do not post from a vacuum; I've only shown what wrong others have done. If they don't like me, they don't like themselves. Heffed, I'm pretty sure it's a moderator with a -25 button, as 25 people are very unlikely to co-ordinate themselves so often. Or it could just be a script kiddie... I was even filtered for my "How high can you score..." message. If you were wise, you could reckon what i did.
please guys... why is this thread taken over by some people preferring a spelling discussion above trying to give a helpful reply to our posts above, in which we asked for some help.
and excuse me if i made some spelling mistakes, im dutch and im trying to make the best out of it.
