Give Mthreads GPU with cuda apps support

Perhaps you have not heard of this company yet. It's a China-based company and it's current major product is MTT S80 card with a price ~ $200 and performance ~ GTX 1650. The most awesome point is that it has Cuda support! So why not consider simply applying Nv applications on them? Personally I don't have one, but the cards are actually quite hot in China.
