My machines are idling right now, unfortunately. SIMAP is out of work, I don't do SETI for political reasons, Linux apps gets hung on completion so they require babysitting I can't give them, and I don't know any other project with native FreeBSD apps.

Rosetta and Malaria Control would also work with the Linux Compat on FreeBSD, Superlink and POEM makes some problems...
I have written a howto for running Linux applications on FreeBSD. It's available in the Howto site on my homepage dotsch.de.

Hi Dotsch, I've been running

Hi Dotsch, I've been running linux malariacontrol app for a long time, but in the last few months, after some system upgrade, the app started to hang on 100% state, needed several manual suspend/resumes to complete. Annoying. So unfortunately it seems linux apps are currently broken on FreeBSD :|

Strange. I never had any problem with Malaria Control on FreeBSD...
