From what I can see so far,

From what I can see so far, all the invalid results have a Linux or Mac client in the mix. When I switched back to S40.12, the results are again valid, even with a Linux client in the mix of machines. What could possibly cause this?

We have 3 invalids so far(on

We have 3 invalids so far(on different machines).....always with Linux in the Quorum. We had no invalids with S40.12 which suggests that D40.12 is slightly borderline.....great speed increase though, especially on our six year old veteran, a 700MHz Duron....Rog.

A64 3700+ OCd to

A64 3700+ OCd to 2.5:

valid: 10
invalid: 1
pending: 5 (success)

The one invalid result had 1 linux and one windows.
This is the first time this host has had a validation error, and most of the time it is the canonical result.

S41.12 (fastest app for host before new one)
Time: 2800s avg.

S41.12/D41.12
Time: 2642s

D41.12
Time: 2350s avg.

With an 8 min time improvement you've done it again!

There are 10^11 stars in the galaxy. That used to be a huge number. But it's only a hundred billion. It's less than the national deficit! We used to call them astronomical numbers. Now we should call them economical numbers. - Richard Feynman

Hello

Hello Vorik!

Quote:

Lots of errors on my K6-2 400Mhz:

***UNHANDLED EXCEPTION****
Reason: Access Violation (0xc0000005) at address 0x0040AD0A read attempt to address 0x02C30000[

I examined these addresses, and I found that your processor tried to execute some datas like as instructions, so the problem happened earlier. I checked AMD instruction references, but everything seems to be correct. K6-2 is able to run the basic 3DNow! and MMX instructions. Would be good to know that other K6-2 system also have this problem or not.

It's really LHR - Large Hungarian Rocket ;)
On my Sempron 2400 longer WU's (r1_14..) run approx 3800-3900s it's about 1100-1200s faster than with D40 and as far no errors in all 13 Wu's.
Thank you for great job.
