Can Upload, Can't Report

It is strange that we can upload results, but can't report them. The whole database appears to be open and on view - I can still see my results from before the outage, and see who my work partners are, and see all their rusults lists. So the project as a whole is not down, only reporting results and getting new work is down. I wonder if someone has left something switched off by mistake.
