Hello, I've tried to install

Hello, I've tried to install and run the BoincStudio following all the instructions here, unfortunately, I was not successful.
I extracted content of the file "BoincStudio.0.4b.rar" into separate BoincStudio/ directory.
However, even after copying "BoincStudio" versions of boinc.exe and boincmgr.exe into the original Boinc directory and running these files, after opening BoincStudio.exe it still writes "Processing connection to Nouvel ordinateur" repeatedly, and nothing else happens.

What could be wrong?

This is part of a previos post.

You will need to set-up you localhost on this program. Right-click "ordinateurs", click "nouvel ordinateur". This will create a new host. Then go to the "params" tab and fill in the missing info (path for data files, port, and password from the gui_rpc_auth.cfg file).
Once you have the "params" set, right-click on your newly created host (on the right side of the screen in the data tree) and hit "connecter", you should then see in the bottom message console something like : processing nouvel ordinateur, connected to nouvel ordunateur, refreshing nouvel ordinateur.
If that doesn't work you may need to attach to the project first.

Hope this helps.
Dave

Well, thanx Dave, however, there is everything blank in the params tab (not only empty values but completely empty raws), was this also in your case? I do not know the exact syntax of writing the paths there etc., and do not have enough time to find it out and set it up manually - I thought that the installation was more easy and straightforward.

Detaching and re-attaching to the project is probably less time-consuming for me at this moment...

Yeah, it took me a while to

Yeah, it took me a while to get the params right. On the BS web site there is a faq with some screen shots, I think I used some of the values in the pics.

Hi Duro,
just hit BOINCmgr and get something familiar on screen :-) - it will start BOINC core from BS so that BOINCStudio can connect. I guess you can run only BOINC core to connectd with BS - like BOINC core is need in order to connect with BoincView.

I got a full screen of Unknown (project name) client md5. I think it is a week spot - every time there is new/optimized version, MD5 changes. It may be stored on BS server and whenever BS finds a problem with MD5, check with BS server to update info.

BS looks great!
It has solved me the problem of Maximum Daily Quota wich Einstein team is reluctant even to answer if not to fix.

@TheirryH:
I can imagine that there are priorities like getting version 0.5 of BS out etc. but...have you considered synchronizing with latest BOINC core?
Sooner or later it needs to be done...and trux has some troubles with it from time to time.

BS is based on boinc 5.2.13 who is the lastest stable version published.
DocMaboul plan to launch version 0.5 today...

Normaly, 0.5 must be multilangual, the structure will be in, but there is a job of translation to do after.
No news of DocMaboul for the moment. Perhaps he couln't lauch this version today.
