BOINCprog 1.1.4 (Linux) released

Hi, gang.

I noticed that CC v4.43 changed client_state.xml enough to break BOINCprog 1.1.3. I've fixed it so that BOINCprog 1.1.4 should be happy with any core client from v4.07 through v4.43 (and likely 4.44, but I haven't tested it yet).
