Ditto here. Restarted Einstein AND sah and dumped all WUs:
SAH: 11 WUs in the bit bucket
Einstein: 10 WU gone
Upgraded five of my machines to v4.16 this morning and added Einstein to the list of projects. No problems whatsoever. I did make sure to shut down BOINC on each machine before I upgraded. I'll upgrade my other five machines tomorrow after seeing how v4.16 runs through the night.
After upgrading t v4.16 and waiting a day I have a couple of problems. First, my SETI workunits are hanging or getting stuck after being completed -- This has happened on two of the five machines. Second, my Einstein work unit NEVER finishes or is exceedingly slow . . . This has happened on all five of the machines that I upgraded to v4.16.
All five of the v4.16 machines run WinXP pro with all updates installed.
Since my earlier post on machines freezing, I've had three more freezes (all with 4.16 installed) on these two machines. One freeze resulted in the loss of a phase 3 CPDN WU, which I'm not at all happy about.
Again, I can't pin it to BOINC and 4.14-4.15-4.16, but it's looking more suspicious. These machines I'm having trouble with are very similar Dual P3's running XPSP2, w/512MB. I've never had a problem with them before.
Problems did not occur during or after upgrade, but later.
I've also upgraded machines at the office to 4.16, but I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if anything has happened to them. They are a mix of P4's with and without HT.

I upgraded 6 machines yesterday, both Windows and Mac. No problems. It is important to "shut-down" BOINC before updating.
