anybody got orphaned einstein processes?

Hi,

I started to notice this a couple of days back, 3 days ago I believe, it seems to manifest itself when I suspend GPU/CPU activity but I cannot consistently reproduce this issue.

The behavior I observe is that some orphaned processes of einstein somehow keep living and do not answer to any signal (even kill -9), this us usually the time when I observer task failures. I don't see other projects doing the same, wondering if anybody got a similar issue.

I run Linux using the 7.20.2 client
