I am a thirty-something father of 3 children (2 girls and boy) living in Western Pennsylvania. I am currently working as an IT manager and have been actively contributing to various BOINC projects since the fall of 2005. The main reason I have stayed so active w/ BOINC projects has to do with the great group of enthusiasts friends and teammates @ SETI.USA. Between all the races against other teams, intra-team races, challenging team goals and weekend crunch-athons there are many reasons to stay active and to explore other projects.
