Any time I get a GPU task wanting 0.5 CPUs or 0.9 CPUs, the scheduler tries to run one more task than there are CPU cores...

Ah... not 10 minutes after I sent the last post, half a dozen tasks for the GPU downloaded.  So maybe things are back on...

What concerns me more is that I'm getting no new tasks at all. ie- no downloads either.
