Background
Hi,
I am interested in astronomy since my childhood. So it was natural and obvious for me to participate to this ambitious Einstein@Home project, all the more that I discuss about pulsars and gravitational waves on my website, among many other subjects.

Opinion
I run this grid application to work at my humble level hand in hand with astronomers with the hope to help them to discover a new object or event, who knows thanks to distributed computing.
In the case of Einstein@Home, even if at first sight it has no relation with our day-to-day life, its resultats are part of our need to know, these "Big data" and other knowledge bases we all refer to one or another day, not only to learn but also to go further, "standing on the shoulders of giants".
