I'm a long-time distributed processor residing in Bethesda Maryland. I live here with my wife of 49 years (49 years of savage bliss) and the head of our household, Prince Gregory of Bethesda, the neighborhood rodent control officer. My hobbies include feeding the cat, letting the cat out, letting the cat in, petting the cat, and paying the cat's vet bills. And as I am an avid, though not fanatical, bird watcher and feeder I'm attempting to teach Prince Gregory to be an ornithologist rather than an ornithophage.
I spend my most of my time profitably by recording for the blind and dyslexic. It is the best way I know to help others simply by shooting one's mouth off. I recommend it to anyone who has the time.
My interests range from Cosmology to politics...that is from the sublime to the ridiculous. I invite anyone reading this profile who has managed to get this far without choking to join us at The Final Front Ear. Further deponent saith not.
1. Because it is a worthwhile use of otherwise unused cycles. 2. It is exciting to participate in a scientific endeavor (or endeavour) that will not result in war, pestilence plague or other useless human occupations. 3. I am not competent to make suggestions.
