Gary, Sorry. Misunderstood about the email to the devs. Checked the log and there were several errors around that time...

Gary, Thanks for the quick reply. I did run a check disk on the C drive which found (and corected) some errors....

I did upgrade BOINC recently, but did not delete any folders during upgrade (at least not intentionally). It is possible...
