Well I am 54 years old, I've had to retire from performing in Symphony Orchestras over the last 40 years because of health reasons. My instrument was violin and I taught violin classes and worked in various violin shops over the years including my own in Puerto Rico. I also make violins and violin bows including period instruments. Some of my hobbies still include music I still play the violin just not as much and I am working on finishing some instruments. Some of my other hobbies are building computers learning graphics programs and other programs but I do have an interest in Astronomy I have a reflector telescope 10 inch and I have an interest in cosmology, Physics and yes I am a Trekkie.
I run Einstein at home because I am very interested in what it is researching. To better understand the universe is a great goal. Neutron stars are incredible, if it wasn't for want of mass they may have become black holes. Just the thought of trying to visualize being on the surface of a neutron star is mind boggling! I remember reading a scifi book about life on a neutron star that they lived under the crust and had a society albeit a small one. The enormous gravity that is needed to compress matter to the point where all matter is mostly Neutrons is amazing. Being able to help is good for me.
