Yes, Rosetta have released these x64 App!http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/apps.php These are for Windows and Linux.

Now i'm using the BOINC - Manager for Windows_x32_64, but the server doesn't know it! So i can't getting any WU for this...
