Comes in 32 bit and 64 bit flavors. Unfortunately Einstein don't have ARM64 apps, although the N30DG-ARM special apps might work now it has a 64 bit userland. They refer to the 64 bit version as a beta.
I have done an "apt update/apt upgrade" which got around 30 updates, including the kernel. I can't see anything different but then I haven't done a "full-upgrade".
I installed it on a pi3b+ and it seems ok. Didn't check a lot. Python is 64 bit, rosetta@home sends WU just fine. Can't get any einstein stuff working yet. I have a pi4b 8GB arriving later this week. It is really the only pi that should take advantage of the 64 bit os. I'll keep you posted

Just got notified that my Pi 4 8 GB should be arriving this Thursday.
Just got my Pi4 8 GB up and running using beta 64 bit version. Runs Rosetta@home without any special configuration. Einstein@home needs the 64 bit app from http://kerbodyne.com/einstein/einstein_64bit_0.13.tar

ARM64 is supposed to be able to run armhf apps. I ended up grabbing the armhf app off one of my other Pi’s and creating an app_info.xml to run it. If you need a copy let me know.
There should be speed advantages to using the 64 bit app. You would need to compare run times with another Pi4.

39 tasks, 28 have been validated, no errors so far. Average CPU time is 8965, max 10473, min 6697.
I moved all my pi4's over to Rosetta@home back in April so my task list doesn't go back that far so I can't see how the pi4 did on Einstein using 32 bit OS

How does it go on memory consumption? I presume the 64 bit uses more memory for each task which can be an issue with the Pi3's.
To answer my own question, now that I've got an Pi4 8GB. It uses 193MB per Einstein BRP4 work unit. That is using the optimized app from N30DG-ARM. The 1.47 armhf app uses 133MB per work unit.

If your computer #880 is a Pi4 you might want to choose some other type of wu since you are having a large number time out.
