Links deeper into the server code have got two slashes after the web-address. It may not be hurting the code much, but having spoken with Rytis, this is fixed in the latest updates.
According to Rytis: "master_url in the project.inc file is defined as having a slash, and web code expects it not to have a slash. This has been changed not too long ago."
Technically not the webpages, but didn't you add the reCAPTCHA code for making profiles? I ask as I tested making a profile and didn't see a CAPTCHA I had to solve. See the ongoing discussion and the actual post about the change on the email list.

Might be time to update the graph to S5R3...
