                    Most of North America doesn't get the extra hour until the first Sunday in November. US changed last year hopefully to save energy. Canada followed suit. There are some areas in Canada that are always on Standard time...

                      I think the U.S. state of Arizona's time stays the same all year, but I may be mistaken.
