I installed the boinc client on my laptop and attached to einstein@home project, I open client and it is running 2 workunits at the same time, I have 2 other PCs also running einstein but they only work on 1 unit at a time, is something wrong?

HT makes a single CPU look

HT makes a single CPU look like two. For most purposes this will allow a slightly (typically ~20%) higher throughput. Generally speaking however to do so, it's neccesary to run two applications at once, which's why it's listed as a two cpu machine and is running two copies.

that's some great info

that's some great info regarding the CPU, thank you, but this is something weird, I'm looking at the client on the laptop and it says that both units will be completed in about 30 hours whereas my main pc is slower (the 2.4) and crunches work units in an a hour and a half. Any thoughts?

The 2.4 has "short" Time WUs the 3.2 has "long" Time WUs
