From time to time I have seen BOINC suspend during the ScreenSaver and I have to "wake it up". If it does this at night while i'm asleep then I lost/waste up to 7 hours of time. Can anyone shed some light on this pls.? I keep BOINC on a Run Always status.

BTW This is BOINC 5.2.2

BOINC Suspends Itself??

Check the "power" settings and make sure "system standby" is set to "never". Either click the "power" button near the bottom of the Screen Saver tab in Display Properties or run the "Power Options" control panel applet.

Also, the "user active" code

Also, the "user active" code seems to be activated by the screen saver. Try setting to run when user is active (This web site - your account - general settings).

John, does that code work differently when "Run always" is set? I figured that since Ricky ran that way BOINC (and the screesaver) ignored the "run when" preference.
