Would anyone happen to know if NVIDIA's plan to discourage "Miners" from soaking up all the GPU cards by throttling/hobbling/limiting number crunching (hash functions, etc) would effect normal OpenCL/OpenGL work for @home programs? The new RTX 3060 card being the case in point.

the hashrate limiter employed by NVIDIA on the RTX 3060 only affects the Ethereum mining algorithm and does not affect anything else. so neither Einstein nor any other BOINC project or any type of computation that's not using the dagger-hashimoto algorithm will be affected by this. no need to worry.
