I have no idea what this message wants to tell me...
To corect that: I have an idea and rough understanding what is happening, but as far as I understand it, something in the NEON app is wrong. am I right? or is there something I can do?

The set of ARM Apps hasn't been updated on Albert@Home for quite a while. For now I'd recommend to stick to Einstein.

You’ll need a Pi2 or better. Make sure you select “run test/beta apps” in you account preference otherwise you’ll get the old app that doesn’t work.
