Topic 215623

I was forced to switch my old email to a new one and now my Boincstats are literally screwed. Looks like Boincstats dropped my whole einstein@home score of the list and now it looks like i have 14 319 points instead of 246 million. It does not update credits anymore to my account either. But, there is another ID linked to my computer that updates correctly.

Is there any solution for this?

It appears that the

It appears that the BOINCStats page at:

https://boincstats.com/en/stats/5/user/detail/439522

carries your username, has over 246 million credits, and was updated as recently as yesterday.  Mine was not updated today either, so I don't regard that as a problem for you.

Is that not you?

That's me. But when i open my

That's me. But when i open my detailed stats boincstats is showing something completely else. There is 2 Eskomorko-named profiles linked to my computer when i used the search tool now for some reason and boincstats keeps showing the wrong profile which have only 14 319 points total. That's the credit amount i got from rosetta when i tried it couple years ago. On june 13th there is -241 000 000 credits (my whole einstein@home credits) and from then it keeps telling that i have earned 0 credits per day. This is confusing. All this happened after i changed my email.

To get the CPIDs to match up

To get the CPIDs to match up again then log into Rosetta@home and change your e-mail there, then add the project to BOINC (and if you don't want to run any tasks then set it to "No new tasks" and abort any that slips trough), force a few updates to both Einstein and Rosetta by highlighting the respective projects and click on Update.
It might take a few updates and some time but the CPID should sync up and at the next stats export Boincstats should be back to normal.

You can check if the CPIDs have synced by going to https://einsteinathome.org/account/info/edit and to Your account on Rosetta. The CPIDs are listed on each page.

Yes, once the different projects has generated new stats exports (once or twice per day maybe?) and Boincstats has downloaded and processed them all should line up again under one record at Boincstats.

Once everything is back to normal you can remove the extra projects from Boinc if you want to.

Just did a search on

Just did a search on Boincstats for Eskomorko and only got one hit, so it seems that everything is now synced up again.

PS Eskomorko: To be careful I would either edit the picture you posted to blank out your e-mail or delete the picture from the post. You never now when spammers are lurking! Wink

Is there delete-button somewhere? I'd like to modify my post and delete that picture.

I went ahead and hid your post. I could republish it if you prefer, but with the image deleted. Or I can just leave it hidden: only admins and moderators will see it. Or I could completely delete it.

What would you prefer to do?
