BOK from Free-DC posted in the "UPCOMING CHANGES DUE TO THE EUROPEAN GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)" thread that the stats directory appears to be protected now, so they can't update. This would affect BOINCstats as well.
the lock-down wasn't intentional. We were preparing things for the lock-down which apparently caused some unintended side-effects. The stats exports are now available again.
