...is this Question perhaps undergone?

I don't want to speak for Oliver, and he's on vacation. I'm not sure if he had a time-frame in mind. Sorry I can be more illuminating.

pero este sistema de distribución de los equipos Boinc hace mucho que no está operativo, por lo que creo que deberíais habilitar la opción de editar la información de los equipos tal y como la tenéis en la web de Albert@Home.

1) I've learned that your BOINC-wide team information is not being updated for Einstein@Home. It should be updated from the global BOINC settings you set on the above Web site. We're looking into fixing this.

2) You can edit your BOINC-wide team on Albert@Home because it's configured differently, where we do allow for local edits and the global information at boinc.berkeley.edu is not downloaded.

When I attempt to login to my account, it always fails.  So then I hit the "forgot password" button and then I'm logged in (without going to my email).  That seems like a "security risk".

You may running into (known) problem where you are logging into the site using the URL einstein.phys.uwm.edu. Please try to use einsteinathome.org, and update your bookmarks, etc to reflect the new URL.

No one has reported this problem yet, so thank you for reporting it. I'll start to investigate.

The problem is inconsistent.. It's "flaky" on my Android account (although, the login attempt usually fails and requires use of "forgot password".  I only saw it pop into my account unexpectedly once.)

This works fine and "as expected" on my main account... even with the same URL.

Should we update the URL on BOINC Manager? (i.e. delete the project with the old URL and re-add the project with the new one)

No, please don't change the URL in the Manager. You will get messages that you should switch back to einstein.phys.uwm.edu as this is still the valid Project URL. The URL einsteinathome.org is currently the one to use in your Browser (bookmarks) only. We sure want to also switch the Project URL to the new one but there are technical problems that hinder us to do so.
