worrying about Einstein.Could someone that knows things look into this problem.Being a dummy cannot find root of problems!!!Thanking you in Advance

4 days no credit! Is this Boincs Problem???

Often credit can take weeks to be granted.

If you'll look at the two results you have pending, they haven't even filled the quorom yet. One has two results returned, the other has only one...

Your computer returns WUs

Your computer returns WUs successfully in a steady pace, and I see nothing to worry about. Yesterday I got credit for a WU that my machine returned 10(!) days ago. Some people overestimate the speed at which their rigs could crunch and blow the deadline, others register with the project, download some WUs but don't return any results... We live in a world that's far from perfect. Patience is a virtue. :)
Good luck!

On your account page, go to

On your account page, go to the computer list, click your computer ID and then you can see what you have accomplished. You're doing great. Not bad at all for a Celeron. Your work is making a difference.

for more detail click on your computer ID and then scroll down and click on "Results". You'll see all the units you've completed, credit awarded and units that are pending for validation. Just follow all the underlined links and you can get even more detail.

First, CPDN has been having trouble recently with the trickle server. So it is likely to be nothing that you did. It should self correct eventually.

and in the meantime, by crunching E@H wu you are doing work. It just so happens that you got given those wu first - others who are given the same wu to run will get a faster turn round as a result of your work, and at that time you and they will get credit. A little after that the scientists will be post-processing the results.

You asked if your contribution is useful: Certainly Is.

Einstien@Home has worked very

Einstien@Home has worked very well for me. Seti,by all accounts is up...yet processed 5 WU's and no credit...went to check the pending credits ad got this;
"This feature is turned off temporarily".

As for "Climate", I can't even get the web page, yet like Seti all sources report up and running status. Folding is a whole other story, just look at my sig at the bottom...

"06/25/2005 12:44:17 PM|ProteinPredictorAtHome|Sending scheduler request to http://predictor.scripps.edu/predictor_cgi/cgi
06/25/2005 12:44:17 PM|ProteinPredictorAtHome|Requesting 8640 seconds of work, returning 0 results
06/25/2005 12:44:18 PM|ProteinPredictorAtHome|Scheduler request to http://predictor.scripps.edu/predictor_cgi/cgi succeeded
06/25/2005 12:44:18 PM|ProteinPredictorAtHome|Message from server: No work sent
06/25/2005 12:44:18 PM|ProteinPredictorAtHome|Message from server: (there was work but you don't have enough disk space allocated)
06/25/2005 12:44:18 PM|ProteinPredictorAtHome|Message from server: No disk space (you must free 100.0 MB before BOINC gets space). Review preferences for maximum disk space used.
06/25/2005 12:44:18 PM|ProteinPredictorAtHome|No work from project
06/25/2005 12:44:20 PM|ProteinPredictorAtHome|Deferring communication with project for 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 58 seconds"
This what Ii've been geting for the last 72 hours I have emailed scripps haven't recieved a reply yet.

Just wanted to add my two cents worth...Bionic is not a stable as Java.

@hih_tv-Greg Looks like you

@hih_tv-Greg
Looks like you need to allocate more disk space to run Predictor. (Folding is a different project)

Also, don't get BOINC (not bionic) confused with the projects that use it. BOINC is pretty stable. However, if the projects that run under have issues, that's not BOINCs fault. BOINC is simply the manager.

Hello Greg, Setis 'Pending

Hello Greg,

Setis 'Pending Credit' feature never was on AFAIK, explanation given is too much data base load for the queries.

CPDN had power outage problems (combined with server probs, scheduler probs and lack of staff ;). See this thread in their forum.

Predictor just delivered 3 WUs to me, didn't have any probs lately with them.

Einstein is running smooth as nearly always.

Orbit has no application yet ;)

And 2 betas I know of are simply that: Beta ;)
