It might help if you tried to

It might help if you tried to post in English. Even badly written English is better than Chinese, as that's not a language many people here read or write.
And what the Online Translators make of it can be complete gobbledygook.

E.g. Google Translate says:
How update time so slow, it is not according to the actual and how much time, than the reality of time is much slower! Seeking solutions! ! !

Answer if you're complaining about the tasks their estimated times to completion: The times are estimates, the project cannot send out work with an exact time to completion, as your hardware differs from the hardware of the other computer doing the work. So it's sent out with an estimated time of completion, which will increase or decrease as your BOINC client learns how long work actually takes on your computer.

I am a Chinese, English is not very good, I wonder why the task time written in only 5 hours, but the actual 10 hours did not make things right?

Once you're completed a task the DCF (Duration Correction Factor) will adjust and change the initial Remaining (Estimated ) time to a figure closer to reality,
